"Tinkerbell's Spell"

I had to take these photos of Zoe writing, "Tinkerbell's Spell" today. There was something beautiful about her mess of paper, crayons, markers, magazines and toy bears. There is also something beautiful about a child writing for fun, making up her own stories.

Yesterday Zoe explained to me how she made a beaded necklace: "I kept looking at the picture in my mind to see what to do next."

Meanwhile, Ashley is talking more and more. She likes to ask me how to spell words, because she hears Zoe asking me that all the time. We also write her name together, hand over hand. Then she gets all excited and asks me if she can, "Go show Daddy!"
